1. Digital Product Refund Eligibility

  • Website Design: Once the project has commenced and design work has been initiated or delivered, we are unable to offer a refund unless the service has been significantly delayed or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Digital Marketing Services: Since digital marketing campaigns are ongoing and results evolve over time, refunds will only be considered if services have not been provided as agreed (e.g., failure to deliver campaign milestones or reports as per the contract).
  • Graphic Design: If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions as part of our service. Refunds will not be issued after approval of final design drafts or if revisions have been completed.

2. No Refunds After Final Delivery

  • Once the final digital product (e.g., website, marketing report, graphic design) has been delivered and approved by you, no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to review all work carefully during the revision stages and before final approval.
  • For website design projects, after the website has been launched and made live, refunds are no longer available.

3. Revisions and Adjustments

  • We offer 2 rounds of revisions for website design, digital marketing, and graphic design services as part of our standard service package. If additional revisions are requested beyond what was initially agreed upon, these may incur additional charges.
  • Revisions or changes that deviate from the original brief or project scope may not be eligible for a refund but will be addressed based on mutual agreement.

4. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the project has already started or work has been initiated, we may issue a partial refund based on the stage of completion.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or contact form) and will be acknowledged by our team.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom Designs: Custom or personalized designs, digital products, or services that have already been delivered are non-refundable once the final version has been approved.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred (e.g., web hosting, stock images, plugins) are non-refundable as these are outside of our control.

6. Disputes and Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding the digital product or service, we ask that you first contact us to resolve the issue. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may involve a third-party mediator, depending on the nature of the disagreement.
